-The village is a quiet single road 20mph hamlet so the amount of people walking past is minimal, during school term time there maybe be 15mins at 3.15pm where if the parking overspills you may get a couple of parents walk past the property. There are full length blinds on the windows so you can decide how much privacy you want. 

-The property is next to our residence but is very private with its own parking and your own garden, we often don't see our guests! It is then surrounded by the fields (see google earth image in gallery). There are sometimes cows/sheep in the field but due to how big the field is they don't often come next to the property.  

-We have a fully enclosed garden (mix of wall and fence) with no gaps and if you chose we have an extendable fence so you can get into the garden directly from the front door or if you are happy as it is the garden is accessed by the gate next to the front door .

-Dog blankets/throws are provided for the furniture.

-If you want your dog in the bed we just ask you bring your own bedding which as absolutely fine with us!

-We have a porta-shower so you can wash off your doggies if they get muddy.

-There are tie rings in the garden so if you are worried about an escape artists you can attach a long line from there most of the fencing is at least 1m high as well as being raised so often the other side of the fence is 6ft+.

-Depending on time of year (we use it for hay making) we also have a 2 acre field that can be used to exercise your dogs. Please enquire if this is something you may want. It is post and rail fencing as shown in the pictures.
